2022 SPEAKERS

Movement

Take a look back at our incredible roster of speakers from 2022, we loved finding out their diverse range of topics to the stage at the Aberdeen Arts Centre on Saturday 12th November 2022. Each person was passionate about bringing their idea to life, and sharing their interpretation of the TEDxAberdeen 2022 theme of ‘movement’

The theme of ‘movement’ can mean something different to everyone but at its core is the idea of progress. A motion, moving from A to B, a collective of people working together on one cause – we can move things forward and make change. To our own lives, to our communities, to our society.

Change is constant. While some things are outwith our control some are within our gift to influence and shape. Quite often it is our own mindset that prevents us from moving forward. Our lineup of speakers impressed us with their unique interpretation of the theme – moving beyond, moving minds, moving bodies. Take a look back at the talks below.
